What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

We provide a variety of shipping options through our partnerships with OSM and UPS. Available methods include economy, ground, 2-day, overnight, and international shipping for all our products. Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and destination of the order. All shipments originate from Detroit, MI.

Economy

Our economy shipping is the most affordable option. It employs a combination of shipping services, selected based on the destination, to ensure efficient package handling. This method is ideal for customers who do not require expedited delivery. Typical transit times within the contiguous United States range from 2-6 business days.

Note: Economy transit times are not guaranteed and may be extended during the Winter Holiday season.

Ground

For ground shipping, we use UPS Ground. Transit times, shown in business days on the map below, vary depending on the distance from Detroit, MI.

Orders completed on a Saturday or Sunday will be picked up by UPS on Monday and delivered according to the transit times specified for the destination.

Important: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS Ground transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, selecting Ground Shipping will automatically upgrade your order to 2-day shipping, and you will be charged the 2-day shipping rate since Ground Service is not available to these destinations.

Please note that orders shipped via Ground cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Two-Day Shipping

Choosing 2-day shipping ensures your package is delivered within two business days after production is completed. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. If your order is finished on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be picked up by UPS on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.

Please note that orders shipped with 2-day shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Important: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS 2-day transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If you select 2-day shipping for a destination within a 2-day UPS Ground zone, your order will be shipped using UPS Ground. Check the UPS Ground zone map for details on which locations fall within the 2-day Ground zone.

Overnight Shipping

With overnight shipping, your package will be delivered the next business day after production is complete. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. If your order is finished on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be picked up by UPS on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that overnight shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

International Shipping

International shipping times range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the distance from Detroit, MI, and the destination country’s policies regarding international shipments. Due to the dynamic nature of international shipping during the COVID-19 pandemic, transit times may be extended.
