WHAT IS THE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
- Items purchased from Onteeshirt Apparel website are printed-to-order for you. We are unable to provide any refund due to “change of mind”.
- We’re always happy to offer a free exchange if the size you’ve ordered isn’t right.
- To be eligible for return/exchanges, items must be unworn and unwashed, and request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact us either through our contact form or send us an email to sales@onteeshirt.com to set up a return/exchange for your order.
- Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items to us.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns, as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
- Returns and exchange for orders over $50 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT THERE WAS A DEFECT!
We’re very sorry to hear that there is a defect in your order. We have an extensive Quality Control Process but sometimes defects can slip by undetected.
To apply for a refund or exchange, please contact us via our contact form or at sales@onteeshirt.com with your order number and some photos of the issue.
Returns FAQ
We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer support request with a photo of the items in question & one of our representatives will issue an immediate replacement. Replacement orders are prioritized in our production facility in order to ship as quickly as possible. We typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
For any issues with past or existing orders, please submit a customer support request directly through the Onteeshirt platform. This allows us access to all relevant account & order information to help you most efficiently. When time is of the essence, this should be your go-to contact method.
